Saw their advert on Facebook, drove all the way to their store to be told rather rudely that I had to phone them to arrange a veiwing of a kayak. There was 6-7 staff outside unloading, I asked if I could see some now that I have travelled so far, I was told NO because you have to phone before veiwing. OK I fully understand protocols and guidelines have to be adhered to while we are trying to cope with this pandemic, but I was hoping to purchase 2 kayaks with seats, jackets, wetsuits, dry bags, basically 2 full setups. So I phoned the number whilst still in the car park. After waiting and redailing for 5 minutes I realised they just didn't want my money. Common sense folks!!!

Pre ordered kayak and paid in full. Was told I would be contacted wit a delivery date. 2 weeks later had email from DX freight saying it would be delivered following day which I couldn't be home for at such short notice. Phoned GoSea they apologised and said had tried to call but had taken down my number down incorrectly (no attempt to contact me on email instead though). They said would rearrange delivery for today. Sat at home waiting for kayak to come (between 7am and 6pm) and get email from DX Freight saying coming Monday! Only lucky thing was DX Freight emailed at 11am and so at least didn't waste my entire day waiting for a kayak that was never going to arrive. Very apologetic but find it hard to believe they can't get basic details right. Haven't got kayak yet so hope it is OK but in terms of the business itself am unimpressed.
