Staff warm and welcoming and products easily found. Easy to park and access. The store is well laid out with clear signs of where to enter and exit. Hand sanitiser available. A very good shopping experience and I will definitely visit the store again.

Staff very helpful
The staff in store couldn't have been more knowledgeable or helpful. They were flexible in their approach to me changing the order and built a new bike and serviced an old very quickly despite a large workload. Special mention to Christopher in the bike shop for dealing with my order(s) in such a friendly, reassuring and professional manner. Brilliant.
Truro, Cornwall store under lock-down rules so store provided hand sanitizer and staff wore masks. Store fairly empty of customers. Staff member on the till very helpful and knowledgeable. Sale items such as the oil I needed was up-front so well thought out. Vehicle entrance/exit a little dodgy in the summer with extra traffic at this store location usually so take extra care on exiting. Great experience.
Excellent service, I was on holiday and my headlight bulb went,the staff replaced in approx 10 mins.
