Over priced and poor service. I am such a believer in Support Local. So, when I moved to the area 5 years ago, I sent a man's neckchain in for repair. They said a couple of weeks, took several and it was just a link to repair. Since then I have purchased a few items and had a couple of more items repaired. My patience is done! The last repair took a few months, it was just adding a bail to a pendent. Please support local, when the service dictates. Don't do it, allowing our local reputation to suffer!!!

I brought in my father's 1972 Rolex Oysterdate 6694 in hopes of a link to extended the strap which I just inherited it from my father. Instantly the young guy working there said it's fake .I have 3 rolexs and been researching Rolex since 1980. Besides I have the original receipt from Birks. Your ignorance could cost you...stick with Timex pal.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Helped us choose the right ring without any pressure or attempts at upselling. They were very respectful of our budget and let us take our time making a decision. An enjoyable experience all around, would shop here again.

As soon as you walk into the shop, you know you're not in your typical jeweler's store, The staff, most of whom are attractive and intelligent young women, greet you with a smile and there is zero feeling of being viewed as a mark to be plucked. No, this organization has found its niche in dealing with customers in as courteous and as professional manner as is possible. If you are fortunate enough to wander in when one of the "Bald Boys" is on the floor, your experience in buying that special item will only be enhanced...and you will come out of 66 Inglis asking yourself, "Why can't all retailers be like this?" Purchase or repair, big item or little-you're special when you come into Inglis Jewellers.
