Visited last week whilst on holiday. Great cafe, loads of vegan options, we had lunch followed by cake. Plant based milk available for coffee/ tea. Baby friendly- High chair was made available on arrival and dog friendly too. A lovely warm welcome by the staff, a very welcome stop after a long drive. My husband commented on how tasty his salad dish was.

Super little place off the main shopping strip. Had a quality cream tea for 5 and everyone was lovely. Would highly recommend and return when back in Truro again.
Visited twice before Xmas, soup, stew and cakes were wonderful and the staff were all great. Love this quirky cafe!
Went in for lunch with family on holiday. So friendly. Food was delicious! My daughter is vegetarian and she enjoyed her cauliflower soup. Staff so friendly. Even gave ice cream parlour recommendations (which were as spot on!)
Lily’s is a fantastic cafe. The coffee is excellent, as is the food. Delicious smoothies too! With friendly service and fun, quirky decor. This is everything I look for in a cafe or breakfast spot.
