Took time off work for a booked appointment for a cholesterol test. To be told when I turned up that they didnt have staff available for this service, had no contact from them prior to be told this. Utter waste of time.

Queued behind an elderly lady yesterday waiting to be served. After a few minutes the lady turned to me and said that it always seemed difficult to get the pharmacists attention. A minute later the female pharmacist came and spoke to the lady. The elderly lady then departed unfortunately so did the pharmacist. After waiting three more minutes I admitted defeat and left with my prescription in my hand. I wish I could leave no stars as I think one star is too generous.
These guys tend to know their stuff and are always good for health/medical advice. For those who aren't local it's located in the Sainsburys.
Very helpful, and willing to go the extra mile.
