Visited twice in the past couple of months for repair and service work. Staff are friendly and polite. Good to see staff cleaning down areas regularly and car was handed back sanitised both times

I bought my 1st Volvo from Truro Motor Company 6 years ago and they've serviced and mot'd it ever since. A lovely car and a good dealership. Main dealer servicing is never cheap, but they are fair and always do the job properly.

I recently purchased a 6year old XC90 from Truro Motors via Volvo Selekt. The salesman Alex described the car over the phone and sent pictures for me to make our decision because we live 256 miles away from Truro. Alex made sure the whole experience was smooth and pleasant. The car is exactly as Alex had described, in mint condition. On arrival home I found a non mechanical fault not covered by the warranty, but Alex and the sales team offered to have the problem fixed at my local Volvo dealer and paid for the work as a gesture of good will. I recommend anyone who wants to buy a Volvo to go to Truro Motor Company first. They really go the extra mile to provide a level of service over and above expectations. Also the whole experience was Covid safe, even the steering wheel had been shrink wrapped ready for collection. Well done and thanks. Mark.

Dont bother getting the paint and the interior protection as a extra its a con. They charge 200 to 300 for this. You can get the exact same products they use from 20 to 70 pound max. Volvo very disappointing
