Went to high cross warrens today because I really wanted the toliot so I thought we could have a coffee to use the toliot the staff three of them said it on the top floor 3 floors up .So I when to the toliot and my husband order the coffees .when I got there it was lock there was a worker in the office up there said didn't they tell you you needed a key I said no they didn't say a word not one off them .Iam 64 year old and started crying because I wanted the toliot so much and had to come back down 3 floors of shairs again for the key .I said way didn't you tell me you had to have s key to get in and not one off them said a word so so rude and uncaring I will never go back again
Friendly helpful staff, nothing too much trouble. Willing to go the extra mile just ask
