Price Gouging the night of our check-in March 25, 2021 9:30 pm due to a tornado watch. We paid over 175.00 for a standard room on a Thursday night. We will never go to another Holiday Inn Express & Suites ever. Plus the bathroom fan did not work and the bathroom floor was very slippery.

Very outdated! Not worth the price what so ever internet did not work and as i travel for business this is mandatory and they said its great with wired connection all lies. Not sanatary. Was suppose to stay for 10 nights i left after 2. Hate giving bad reviews but this is neccessary! Hopefully it will improve and get better.

Their service was awesome I chose to stay there when there was a flood in my home, I had my choice & I chose them, because I had stayed at one of their facilities in AL. In fact, I have a funeral this week & I will stay at another location, they actually have a bereavement discount! How many hotels are known to extend that service, not only that they asked me to make sure any family member or guest knew they could stay there and get the bereavement discount . It saved me approximately 10 on Priceline! That may not sound like much but think about it all prices are going up with COVID & skeleton crews, no raises. They also do not raise their price 40 for accessibility needs. The ADA should (WILL) be notified regarding hotels or anyone else who does something like that. Pathetic, think about our veterans - if not the rest of us.

The only two negative comments about my stay are, the old smell of no airflow and the bed was not as comfortable for me. Facility was very clean. The staff were amazing. Grab n go breakfast had several options.

We had a really nice stay. The staff is very nice, the rooms are kept clean, and the hotel itself is quiet and cozy. The breakfast was literally the best I have ever had from any hotel I have stayed at. They serve pretty much everything that you can think of for breakfast. The night shift was great but the day shift was my favorite. They were super friendly and upbeat.
