It is backed by Army Welfare Trust of Bangladesh Army.[2] General Abu Belal Muhammad Shafiul Huq the chief of Bangladesh army is its chairman.[3][4] It is one of the leading private commercial banks having a network of 92 branches, 7 SME Service Centers, 162 ATM Booths and 60 POS in 50 Branches across Bangladesh and plans to open few more branches to cover the important commercial areas in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet and other areas in 2013. In 2001, the bank introduced automated branch banking system. In 2005, the bank introduced ATM services for its customers. In January 2007, Trust Bank launched online banking services. Customers can now deposit or withdraw money from any branch of Trust Bank nationwide without needing to open multiple accounts in multiple branches.

This branch situated on the 2nd floor of People Insurance Bhaban(Behind the Shonali Bank Head Office) It's a private commercial bank which is backed by Army Welfare Trust of Bangladesh Army. It is one of the leading private commercial bank in Bangladesh. The head office of this bank located in Shadhinota Tower, Bir Srestha Shahid Jahangir Gate, Dhaka Cantonment, Dhaka , Bangladesh. This brunch is beautiful and tidy and their service is much faster and better, but sometimes there is a delay when there is a network problem.

This Bank is at 2nd floor of the people Insurance Bhaban (Behind Sonali Bank HO). Environment and behavior of staff is also good. there is very few queue. They also have islamic window in ground floor.
