I just was looking up T.S. to recommend them to a friend after some great alterations they did for me a couple years ago, and realized I had never left a review back then. They altered two dresses for me, one being a bridesmaid dress, and did an amazing job. The bridesmaid dress originally fit nothing like the sample--it was way too small--and T.S. not only performed a miracle by adding fabric so that it fit, but they also did it quickly and at a reasonable price. I strongly recommend T.S. and will go to them for any alterations in the future.

I like TS cleaners. I use them all the time. They got some things from me to clean which was not very pleasant to give them to clean, however they did it. So they pass my exam be a nice Neirborhood cleaners. Some of my clothes was look kind of old and after I used their service it became look like brand new again. Sometimes however, I can see small stains which is left on clothes but I ask them to redo it, so they would do it again without any charges. It is not that often so. When I am hurry up and should arrive almost when they closed they are waiting for me which it very nice from them. So you are not burning your gas for nothing. They work from 7 o’clock in the morning till 6:30 evening which is work for anyone schedule. Overall it is a good service and they have a beautiful dog which is always greeting customers.

In my opinion, the best laundry and dry cleaner in Northwest Portland.

One of the very best of all businesses in Portland. I have been going there for over twenty years. Absolutely excellent service. Highly recommend.

Unacceptable! I brought in a Kimono that had the stitching falling out. When I picked it up it had been ripped open with an additional hole in the sleeve. She said the seamstress was now on vacation and wouldn't be able to fix it for a week. And I would still pay full price. She did not apologize. She did not offer a discount. NOT ok. I took my kimono to another DC who fixed it in a few days no problem. Go in with eyes open!

Been using T.S. Cleaner services for years. First because of convenience, now because they've earned my trust. Hard working owner seems to always be work; Whom I believe to be her mother and son are there often too. They've cleaned about everything I own that would need to have dry-cleaned. Down comforters, leather jacket, my normal work attire (long sleeve shirts, ties and wool pants), dresses and other odds and ends for my other half needs clean and pressed. Bottom line, never an issue without communication. Stuff I leave in my pockets always come home. Fast, friendly and clean.

When I went to pick up my uniform jacket they tried to raise the price of what they told me when I dropped it off and what was on the slip. They said it was heavy. They finally adjusted the price correctly after I expressed my displeasure of the bait and switch

Employees are nice enough, but their pricing is high and unpredictable. I brought in two jackets, both wool. The website states 12 for jackets to be dry cleaned. She quoted 24 for the first jacket, and said it's because of the interior lining. They should say pricing 'starts at' a certain price point if that's how they operate, otherwise it comes off as a bit of a scam. But my issue is with the second jacket, no lining, just a simple wool jacket that most would actually call a cardigan. She had no reason for charging the same amount for it based off of her reason for inflating the price of the first. I live on the same block and will go out of my way to take my clothing elsewhere. I don't feel I can trust this place.
