This a review of TSA overall and not this particular location. TSA is widely inconsistent with its protocols which makes me nervous on what slips through. I've never had a terrible experience with them but some generally they are unhappy people.

Why are most TSA employees at O'Hare so rude and unprofessional? I have flown from different airports and ALL of them are patient, respectful and understanding, EXCEPT TSA at O'Hare!!! Preparing for any flights domestic, and specially international is completely stressful. Travellers try to stay focused, manuevering their way around a huge airport, trying to listen to numerous instructions and announcements, and for a slight misunderstanding, you will be talked down like you are a child or of no education. Most TSA employees think they are gods and that travellers have no right at al! I understand they have to deal with different kinds of people, but it is no excuse to judge and assume everyone is an idiot. Seems like anyone off the street can apply for their job. They all should be retrained how to deal with people and reprimanded for being rude. There are a lot of unemployed people who are far more qualified to do their jobs. Besides, what do we Chicagoans really tell other visitors to our city, much less our country, that we have no class at all? No wonder Europeans think of us less because we have TSA employees in Chicago acting like they are just totally superior, and yet most of them have less education than the majority of the travellers they screamed at.

Bus was late from Milwaukee after a flight cancellation, traffic galore, flight departs at 8:30am still on the bus at 8:10am. Thanks TSA pre-check for your efficientcy made it!!

May want to train their employees not to lie to people. Asked if I would be able to come back thru was told yes just show my id and ticket this was at 12:30 came back to the same female at 1 o'clock 30 minutes later she said I could not come thru until they open at 3 to 3:15. Update the guy that was at gate for building 2 that had confirmed when they would open came over and changed it and said to myself and 3 other customers they were now going to open at 4 but next door would open at 3:30. Then they opened at 4:20, sorry lied 2 times wasn't going play hop scotch and go to another building.
