We had a horrible experience at first as we given a deal that did not work. The store manager khurrum had given us a deal which he did not properly log. After that he threw away our old sim which led us to not being able to activate our sim port. He really screwed us up. We learned that he had also put in our incorrect information. The wrong email address was given along with our address which created problems verifying us to customer service. The next day we went back and got help from Harman. He was absolutely tremendous and very kind. He helped us for 5 hours as we called customer service. Harman did more than expected. He helped us along with providing service to other customers. Eventually our phone and sim were fixed all thanks to Harman and his excellent assistance.
