The food is very good, but there was just one woman working on her own when I was there. This means that not only is the line long and the orders are slow to come out, but having to take the orders and make all the food means that poor woman seems way overworked.

Amazing gourmet sandwiches! They have great options for vegetarians rather than the typical veggies and cheese sandwich; they come with gourmet toppings and speciality spreads. They are also a great take out option, the bread stayed soft and fresh after a 20 minute drive. For dessert you must try an Ice Cream Sammy, they are delicious!! Friendly and enthusiastic customer service, I would definitely recommend visiting Chachi’s if you are in Tsawwassen.
Food is usually decent. Lack of a combo option at Chachi's gets you a sandwich, bottle of water and a bag of chips for 19. Overpriced.
Overall the experience is good. Cashier is friendly, the food is served very fast, and it's delicious. But the price is very expensive considering the portion is quite small. If the price includes a side dish or something that'll make it more worthwhile. But otherwise I wouldn't visit it again
My wife is celiac and finding something for her to eat in a food court is often extremely difficult. Not only do they have gluten free buns but when I mentioned that she was celiac they took it very seriously and understood that it required a couple extra steps. I am very impressed. Helps that the sandwiches were very tasty as well.
