I don't generally like the running room because their selection of running brands isn't the greatest but at this running room, there's an older gentleman who is the best sales person I have ever met. I don't know his name but if you see a slim man with glasses and white hair, you have to go in. He doesn't sell products. He sells information. Both times I went in, he took his time to understand my needs and then gave me a few options. They didn't have what I needed but my wife ended up buying a pair of shoes from them.

Really positive experience here! I didn't get his name, but a male staff helped me try on a few different pairs of runners and let me test them out to get a feel. He really took the time to learn about my running style which is something I never feel at the bigger stores (outlets) at Tsawwassen Mills. Would definitely come back for their expertise and I appreciate they they truly seem to recommend the shoe that seems best for your running style as opposed to jumping right to pushing the most expensive pair. 10/10 customer service!

A fellow working there, Matt i think? Anyways we went there an hour before closing, trying on some clearance shoes and man!! The customer service this guy had! He was very genuine on trying to help me find the right shoe! Never had customer service quite as great as then (I usually go to sportchek but we all know no one ever works in the shoe department ) would love to visit again !!! Thanks for the welcoming experiance!
