Staff is haviNG break downs all the time,.. I've tried to do '' pay it forward'' by paying for person behind me, they denied me!! This is Canada and Canadian way, why is this Tim Hortons backwards?? Noone ever says good morning here or thank you either, we need to focus on politeness and hiring more Canadian staff. Let discuss food and coffee: since I am in the area quite a bit: I have to ask them to make fresh coffee pot everytime, otherwise it's always lukewarm... Food is shamefully always messed up, wraps fall apart, sandwiches are never well made, with ingredients all over...

It pains me to give such a low review for such a beloved place as Timmies but this location is consistently messy and the staff unfriendly and slow. I’ve been to a lot of Tim Hortons around the country to compare. Being local I want to champion them but they have not improved at all after lots of feedback here and on Facebook. Case in point: today there was part of a bandaid on the floor at the pickup counter

I wish they would wipe down the tables once in a while. Especially during a pandemic I would think they should be wiped down after each customer. The window sill beside our booth was disgusting! Chewed gum, dead moth, all sorts of crumbs etc. Totally unappetizing and unacceptable.
