Poor customer service. During this Covid-19 time they should be kind enough to change the exchange or return policy. The so called managers couldn't even exchange a dress I just wanted a bigger size . The item was unworn it had the tag on . I have the original receipt. Just because you want to stick to a policy they could not exchange it. I hope they change it and I also hope many people read my review and think twice about going there . Since you can't try the clothes be careful on what you get make sure you go back within the days listed kn the policy if not you will be wasting your money. This urban kids is one of the few locations here in BC so hard to go back there in a short period of time. Hope you go bankrupt.

I usually never shop for kids but then it was my niece's birthday and I went to this location they were so helpful and specially the guy hitesh i think he is the Assistant manager there and asked me what I was looking for and helped me finding the exact presents for my niece and I ended up finding many items and for kids shopping definitely recommend this store and the staff was very genuine and warm too.
