I have spoken to several reps over the last few months dealing with an issue regarding a collection. But I want to highlight Richard. I've had the pleasure of speaking to him on two occasions trying to clear out a collection account that was already paid. He has been very friendly, courteous and responded with high professionalism when I got frustrated and snapped at him at one point, which he didn't deserve. He obviously knows how to do his job well and I want to commend him for it. People like him should be recognized for his calm demeanor and knowing how to provide true customer service.
