We felt very welcome. The staff tends to all your needs and makes sure your stay is pleasant and memorable. Activity recommendations are given for every day and on some days special activities are even provided (live music, drinks and starters on Sunday evenings for example; guided hiking tour or deer-watching in the morning dawn) The facilities are modern and well maintained. The spa area is quiet, nice and provides flavored drinks to refresh after sauna. The quality of the food is outstanding - especially dinner will impress you with a great variety and attuned creations. Breakfast and the early afternoon snack are very enjoyable - too.

One of the nicest place where I have stayed. The service is absolutely perfect. The rooms are big and clean. Everything is local. The food, heaven! I recommand this place to everyone.
Disappointing. Overpriced for what it is. The head waiter got angry with us and ignored us for whole week we were there.
Nice hotel with lots of gimmicks you wouldnt expect. The hotel is managed by family Tschohl and they do a great job there!! Most of the hotels in the area have changed their policies and often have a external manager which you can feel. But not here!! This is the original austrian hospitality which is so well known all around the globe!! I spend my christmas eve there and it was really nice. The rooms are clean, the pool an wellness areas are brand new and you get a lot of activities like bar hopping or wildlife hikes with the owner personally. All in all: just gonthere and see for yourself!!
We had dinner, food was very good. Wees received all kind of extra appetizers, also for the children. Staff was very friendly!
