This company has a very professional website but their customer service is truly appalling. The best I can say is that they were very responsive, at least, but they made the interaction so unpleasant that I gave up even though I needed a very particular service which I was having a hard time finding elsewhere. Whoever I was in contact with over a few days was extremely rude, condescending, claiming not to have received information I had sent already, and giving inconsistent information. In the end I went to Anoogo and had excellent service and a great price, for something this company was telling me would cost me 10 times as much to do!
I loved the t-shirt print quality! The factory has many different fabrics to choose from and I got mine customized in many different colors and fabrics. David, the owner of the factory was very friendly and he even gave me a tour of the factory and gave me a crash course on how screen printing works. He helped me out with his professional knowledge, when I had to make difficult decisions on choosing the fabric and color. I am going back again...over and over.
I called to make an enquiry but I think I must have been very unfortunate to speak to someone called Dash or Datch because he was extremely bad tempered and so I will take my business elsewhere.
Awesome Experience! First time I ordered t-shirts abroad and everything went smoothly. Will order again. Deadline was respected, quality was great and communication was fast.
