Usually I don't like to give bad reviews but this place has the worst service I've seen yet in Japan. I'm living in Japan for 20 years had two restaurants that I owned by myself. We made the reservation for two people for 7:30, at 7:10 I made a phone call to the shop trying to tell them that we're going to be a little bit late. I called two times and nobody answered the phone, I arrived there at 8:00 there were three more tables sitting in the shop,and it looks like the stuff were too busy looking at their phones on the kitchen counter. The stuff sucked me behind them and all I've seen for the whole dinner was their back one of the ladies working is probably a Vietnamese student because she was doing homework while working not paying attention to the customers at all. The ship and another lady stop were also on their phone and it made it very hard for us to call them because we didn't want to disturb them. The restaurant was quite empty and the phone was ringing the whole time I must say that the phone was next to the staff and no one was answering the phone, now I understand why no one answered the phone. I feel very sorry for the owner of the place because I can realize he doesn't know how to control the staff there are no cameras watching at the staff the staff do whatever they want and it doesn't look like they're happy with their job at all. Every time someone call them they tried to push the work to the other person not smiling not saying thank you, nothing. I recommend not to bother I don't to go to the place. Wind up eating something small and then we went to another place to eat we just couldn't stand the service.

ランチタイムのみ食べられるぐんじの塩ラーメンです。あっさりとした味でくどいラーメンの苦手な方にもオススメです。
醤油もつ鍋は 博多もつ鍋と言う割には 博多感なし。1口もつ餃子頼んだのに 間違ってもつの唐揚げが来ました。 めちゃくちゃ油っこいです。 落ち着いた店を想像してたら 普通に居酒屋さんでした。
鈴鹿時代のぐんじラーメンのチャーハンが美味しかった思い出があり行きましたが、チャーハンはやっていませんでした。塩ラーメンはチャーシューの炭火焼？の匂いが強く、居酒屋さんのラーメンというイメージ。ご飯や唐揚げも味付け濃い目でした。
ランチタイムの利用。 BGMにジャズの流れる落ち着いた店内、ただしやや暗めです。 お昼のみレジで事前清算、お水はセルフ。 ラーメンは見た目よりさっぱりした味です。 注文したのは塩味ですがスープが個性的。 麺は細めの縮れ麺、量はちょうどです。 チャーシューはトロトロ。 満腹セットの丼まぶしは甘口、唐揚げにはマヨネーズと粗塩の組み合わせです。 価格的にはかなりお得です。 近くに駐車場があって、唐揚げが もつも選べれば尚良いお店。
お昼に塩ラーメンを食しました。スタンダード塩ラーメンだけど、スープは熱く良かった！！麺の硬さを選べれば、星四っかな（笑）博多ラーメンでは無かった。
お昼にぐんじさんのラーメンいただきました。 人気のチャーハンは取り扱いがないようですね。 本題のラーメンですが…美味しいとは思いますが、炭の香りがかなり強いので、好き嫌い分かれるでしょう。
