Great food for a reasonable price. Found it looking on maps. Nice restaurant up on the second floor of the building. Sat at the counter and was able to watch all the cooking, and chat with the chef and his assistant. Service is attentive and especially by sitting at the counter, anything you need you can ask for and immediately get. Super friendly atmosphere and delicious food. Three different options for weekday lunch: a 1000 yen one-plate lunch, a 1700 yen one with a main dish of your choice, and a 3000 yen full course with app, soup?, main, dessert, and drink. Everything comes with homemade bread as well. I chose the 1700 yen option, and got the fish of the day which was red seabream. First, the house salad was well dressed with a variety of veg and a delicious egg with what I'm assuming was a home made mayo on it. It was served with a wine and tarragon sauce, with various veggies and on a bed of mashed potato? All of it is prepped and seasoned wonderfully. Definitely will come back again when I'm in Nagano and have no reservations recommending it to anyone.

Slow, menu on the wall is only available in japanese and french, understaffed, underwhelming dish quality.
I came to this restaurant with a group of peers.Appetizers such as raw ham, quiche, roast duck were delicious.The atmosphere of the shop is bright and quite nice.The roast of meat in the Basque region was delicious.
Excellent french cuisine and warm atmosphere. Seasonal gibiers on the menu too!
