The office is just minutes away from Tsuruoka station, next to Tokyo Daiichi Hotel. The staff were friendly, very helpful and eager to please. Despite of limited English, we did not have any issue completing the rental car process. The rates were much better than those offered by Toyota's. We rented a car for 2 nights, and they allowed us to leave the car at their parking area for both nights. Our Hotel was just next door to their office.

The staff were incredibly helpful to a pair of very confused tourists on very short notice. Customer service is obviously a top priority. 5/5 stars, would rent again. Saito, Watanabe, Maeta were superb and I cannot thank them enough
鶴岡に行くときの定番利用になりつつあります。エスモール(ショッピングセンター)にあるため、分かりやすい。スタッフの方の対応も、仰々しくなく、スムーズで良いと思います。
コスパもよく接客業も良かったです。機会あればまた利用したいです。
以前に比べると待合室が綺麗になり、暖かく快適。ドートルコーヒーも30円引きでお得
レンタカー料金を少しでも安く済むように案内していただき、とても良かったです
