Office of Resource is answering all calls for the rest of the offices there. No assistance at all. Census office will not answer even though they say their office is open for business, their mail box is always full and CANNOT leaves messages! Come on people, answer you calls and help. The pandemic makes it worse but sitting behind close doors doesn’t show your working at all. I had to write a letter just to get a CIB and was trying to call now for status and nothing. My review is nothing more that a single star. You have bad, bad service.

I don't understand how they got a 4 star review. They must've not visited the census office. Kimberly, the lady at the census office was HORRIBLE. She was rude from the very beginning and lazy to say the least. Way to represent the Navajo people. Kimberly you're awful and should be working at McDonald's.
