I recently purchased a 55xa lift from Ariel Titans and I could not be happier with the experience overall. Andrew was super easy to work with to get me into the machine I have always wanted he even went above and beyond by exchanging emails with me on new years eave and new years day a few hours after I put in my request for a quote. Andrew made it supper easy for the purchase and finance and was able to set up shipping so the machine got delivered right to my driveway. When I unloaded the machine it ran and operated flawlessly when I first got the quote I was given a list of parts being replaced by Craig at the Ohio location and all the work that was being done to ensure that it was in top notch shape before they shipped it out the door. In my career of working tree service and construction I have operated more than 100 different rental lifts and I will say that this one was in perfect condition mechanically and one of the smoothest I've every operated. I would defiantly recommend Aerial Titans to any of my friends looking to buy a lift and if I were to ever out grow the 55xa size I would not hesitate to come back to buy a larger model. Andrew and Craig defiantly helped me take my business to the next level.
Wow, what a great experience!! Andrew was great! Everything was exactly how he said it would be, the machine was exactly where he said it would be. I tested the machine and it was in amazing shape! I paid for the machine and Andrew bent over backwards to get it delivered to me before Monday, (this was Friday). As promised my machine arrived 5:30 A.M. Saturday morning. Everything was perfect and I tipped the driver 100 could not be happier with my experience!
From this point forward, Aerial Titans will be my go to source for heavy machinery. Andrew was super knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process. I went in with my mind set on a Nifty Lift SD-50, however, after considering my needs he talked me into at TD34TN, despite it being a cheaper unit. I couldn't be more satisfied! Buy with confidence!
Andrew and his crew have been extremely helpful in insuring that our new lift purchase went through without a hitch. They worked extremely hard to get our new lift on a truck and delivered on time. In addition, other needed information in regards to transportation of the lift was provided without hesitation or delay allowing us to hit the ground running upon the lifts arrival. Great experience! Ben was always available to assist with any questions. We just got our nifty lift and have not had a chance to use it. We bought it to help restore our home which was built in 1836. Can't wait to test it out next weekend! Robin
