Workers friendly and helpful. There may be a wait due capacity, as they are set up for social distancing. Food was okay. Had the salmon, which was dry, but fries & mash potatoes were good.

Been eating Applebee’s food for many years, but not since the pandemic began, and I’ve never eaten their fish before. Saw them on GrubHub and decided to try the fish. I ordered the “Hand battered Fish & Chips” but substituted the fries and slaw with garlicky mashed potatoes and garlicky green beans. The order arrived quickly, correct and complete, and packaged well for delivery. The fish (3 generous pieces) were battered very well and cooked perfectly. The fish was crispy on the outside and moist and flaky inside. The mashed potatoes and green beans both had a subtle garlic flavor that didn’t overwhelm the flavor of each. The sauces/dips (tartar, lemon, cocktail/hot sauce) complimented the fish very well. Overall I really enjoyed the entire meal and would have no qualms about ordering it again.
Horrible experience this last time the restaurant was freezing cold and dang near empty. I waited over 10 minutes to be seated before I asked the only server in the restaurant about being seated and asked for the manager. The lady manager said they were short staffed that night. They had people with to-go orders waiting for a long time didn't even acknowledge them. One of the cooks got into a verbal altercation with a customer and the manager didn't try to diffuse it the server and the other cooks tried to diffuse the situation. The bartender walked away and never came back the whole time we was there so we never received our drinks.
Excellent location to grab lunch. The service was very good for the meal. The food was served quickly and was very tasty
This location needs to do a better job at training. My friend asked for a Southwest chicken bowl with chicken on the side ( she's vegetarian) and you could clearly tell that they put it on and then took it off because chicken was still in the rice. And the waiter was not knowledgeable on how to separate the orders. And it took forever to get our food and the restaurant was no where near crowded.
To go order: wonderful phone order service and great food but I did have to call for my food to be brought out having waiting 15 minutes after the quoted time. Still would return and don't mind calling if I have to my salad was super delicious !
530pm on a Sunday, not too busy. But it took over 30 mins for food to come out. The restaurant was freezing in general. Also, literally saw an employee rip off their mask as soon as they walked into the kitchen. But, the food was very tasty and fortunately, I was not in a hurry.
Food was delicious, drinks were well priced, very affordable, fast and friendly ervice!!! I Love to tip double when I receive ervice of this Quality!!!
