I have been with Cecil Moore's American Family Insurance agency for over 3 years and it has been a great experience from start to finish. The entire office is very professional and personable. I feel like I am a part of their family and they are certainly a part of mine.
I have enjoyed doing business with my agent Cecil Moore. Mr. Moore has been an excellent agent that assists me with all of my insurance needs which includes car, life and rental. Unlike the two negative reviews, Mr. Moore always returns my calls and never hesitates to go above and beyond to assist me. I truly appreciate Mr. Moore and his staff for their excellent customer service and the concern that they have for their clients.
This has been the a Worst experience ever. I been with the company since May and I have had the run around since I joined. If you want to join American family just go threw the corporate office there amazing. They actually reviewed and went over my policy with me. I'm a College student so money is tight at times I cant afford to have a Didn't bill every months. Be Aware and they do not return phone call until you go Off be Get mad at Them.. Do your Self a favor and Go threw Corporate
Their customer service is outstanding, especially Mrs Tai, helped me a lot to Get a great deal for my auto. Mrs Tai is very attentive and willing to answer and help you as much as she can, she will try her best to lower your bills, I'm pretty sure that you all will satisfy with this agency and I highly recommend it.

A rip-off had a low payment first month and raised the second month around 40 don't let these ppl trick you into switching companies the worst.
