I was just there to get my car washed, and I noticed I also needed air in my tires. I went to do that, on their facility, and put my money in and realized that the machine was not working. There is no sign on there that says “out of order.” So I go into the store to tell them and ask for my 1.50 back. All I got was nothing but attitude and vehemence from a coworker there who calls herself Ariana, and I doubt that’s her real name. She said it was out of order for me to use the other machine. All I wanted was my money back. She said I would have to call the number on the machine , that The machine does not belong to them. I said well it’s on your property. I asked what the store number was - not phone number. She Didn’t know the store number. I asked for a manager she didn’t know where the manager was. I remain calm throughout the entire encounter, but again, she was rude and uncooperative. I wasn’t even sure if she actually worked there or not since she didn’t know anything. So I asked her . And she rudely told me that if she is standing over here on this side and you’re standing over there on the other side, she must work there. All of this literally occurred 15 minutes ago. I am outraged that there is no out of order sign!

Terrible. The loitering is the worst. Carry a means of self defense if you stop here.
Gas is always pricy here.
