To whom this may concern, The office personal are unorganized, overwhelmed, and just not prepared to deal with the many patience that come in daily. What kind of medical establishment does not answer the phone I am completely appalled. I brought my child to our appointment on time more than once and it takes up to an hour or more to get seen by a doctor. The doctors are awesome and very nice....but I’m definitely not coming back to this place save your time folks.

This place is so unprofessional and it really upsets me because the doctors have amazing reviews, but it takes more than a doctor to run a place(speaking as a ER nurse) . I’ve been trying to make an appointment for my daughter at the Tucker location for a while now, trying to get established as a new patient. Every time I make an appointment it’s gets canceled. I woke up this morning getting ready for her 2pm appointment and decided to check my email only to receive an email that her appointment has been canceled yet again! If your not accepting new patient say that or if you’re at max capacity don’t have those appointments show up as available online. It makes no sense. I work odd hours and double shifts so it’s not easy for me to get off. Very disappointing.

Continually disappointed by the service at this location. My daughter was being seen here for ADHD treatment. Every single time I had to make an appt or have my daughters prescription filled it was drama. Nearly impossible to get anyone to answer the phone or RETURN voicemails at Tucker facility. The front desk GIRL Beza had a snotty nonchalant attitude during every in person and phone encounter I was unfortunate to have with her. It got to the point that I found my daughter a new pediatrician. I left feedback on this facility and receptionist more than once and it didn’t seem to make a difference. Also what an incredibly outdated system that you must literally drive to the office to pickup a prescription for ADHD meds. Fortunately our new office has the ability to SEND prescriptions to our pharmacy with no issue at all. It was just a total hassle dealing with this place. I was paying out of pocket 100 per visit on top of my top tier insurance. It was just a MESS. And then the receptionist demanding payment up front for services when you’ve already paid via HSA. Just gross.

Terrible customer service. My son’s appointment was at 11 and 2 people came in AFTER us with 11:15 and 11:20 appointments and were seen before my son. 12 I was told a nurse was coming to call us to the back. . 12:20 we walked out. What’s the point in appointments if they aren’t calling people in as the appointments are scheduled. Will not be returning.

Dr Vickie Jones is awesome! Very friendly and down to earth! She showed a lot of patience and we didn’t feel rushed! Awesome bedside manners as well! My son loved her and even talked about Dr Jones after we left! Because of her he is now focused on healthier eating. The medical assistant and front desk receptionist were nice as well! Thanks to the whole staff!
