If I could rate this business 0 stars, I would. African American's in particular love to preach support Black businesses. However, when you try to support black business, the owners don't know how to deliver on service. You can change the name, but you can't hide a face (DaRika Harris) *DaRika Harris Studios*. What you did was wrong and can't be undone. It was very unprofessional and does not reflect well on your business ethics. We could of chose several other photographers *Caucasians* to be frank FOR OUR WEDDING PHOTOS, but we chose you because we knew you and you were black (Being Honest). We gave you a deposit and dates etc... and you switch up on us (3 WEEKS BEFORE THE WEDDING). You really need to understand the bigger picture of things and *WAKE UP*.

Great owner!! Very accommodating to my staff and models, double sided shooting space,music, 2 dressing rooms.. definitely will continue to go there
If I could give no stars I would. I found the owner via instagram and even sent people to her prior to actually working with her. She seemed sweet until I paid her and she became unresponsive. I remember not hearing from her and she stated “I’m not a shady person I would never take your money with out providing results”. Right...I Paid numerous deposits for makeup, photography, and website design and even paid in full for the photo shoot and website. I Emailed the owner and text who was responsive prior to receiving close to 800. After paying for a services the Owner of course did not respond to emails or text. I decided to go in another direction and we agreed to use the photo shoot for another occasion. I reached out to her and of course she didn’t respond. Praying for karma. In response to the owners reply, this is the correct business and it’s unforunate that I had to make a google review in order to get a response. I have email exchanges and text which were read with no response. I also have proof of ALL FULL payment via Venmo.
Wonderful space! Best Studio I been too thus far! Very nice customer service and the Owner is Perfect!
DaRika is a very professional photographer with affordable rates. The studio is top notch and will shortly become your one stop shop for all your artistic needs.
