Horrible housekeeping!! Sloppy , nasty, non stocked shelves!

I was charged TWICE at this location during my checkout. The cashier told me the machine was messed up, I wasn’t charged the first time swiping and to try again without requesting cash back. I swiped again and it went through. However as soon as I left the store and got home I checked my account and was charged the original amount which was with the cash back included that I did not get! Called the store and the man who answered was rude and inconsiderate. He said call the card issuer there is nothing I can do. Due to the fact that the amounts were different (due to one processing with cash back and the other only being the original amount) my card issuer refused to approve the dispute. It wasn’t pending it fully processed. So I am out of money because of their faulty machines and lack of customer service. Never coming back and I’ve been a customer for years now. Ridiculous to get this sort of treatment.

This store is always a hot mess. But it's nicer than the other one close to my house. Also the cashier shouldn't have to clean and restock the store at the same time.

I found the soup mug I went there to buy but it had a very little chip on it... Mgr gave me 50% off! Clean place, friendly at check out too. Recommend.
