Order placed at 7pm, took an hour and 45 minutes for them to call to say they had one driver and that if I wanted the pizza in a reasonable time on a sunday night I would have to switch to carry out. Absolute disgrace to the brand, and judging by other reviews it appears to be a systemic failure of management.
Food was ordered at 7:37 PM (order # 577) and I live 1.8 miles (6minutes) away and the food is still not here.It is now 10:13PM. I called to cancel the order but they wouldn't refund the money. They are telling me to wait for another 30 minutes. What a horrible service!!! I would give them -100 if this was possible. I have been trying to reach them again and still on the phone but they do not answer. These people should never be in the business. Called several times but there is no one to pick up the phone. My daughter and I went to the store and there were several people waiting on line and only one poor lady working there.. We asked about our order and the poor order was sitting cold and undelivered. Picked up the order without opening the box.. on the way my daughter opened the pizza box to find to our dismay that it was half-eaten by the employees.. I made a u-turn and went back to the store.. No refund.. but the only one employee apologized and made a new pizza.. It is now 11:37 PM... just before midnight.. I got home .. my children are sleeping now. My children are sleeping empty stomach.. cannot disturb their sleep.
Took 2.5 hours to deliver our pizzas. One was fine but the other was nearly raw and I had to cook it in the oven at home to make it edible. The cinnamon twists were also too raw to eat. Wish I had read the reviews first. The delivery guy was super nice tho!
Second time I ordered from and both times the pizza was ok but always super thin. This last time I ordered which is today, they gave me these garlic twists..super soggy and barely even baked. Smh.. *Update: They came thru and redeemed themselves with some new fresh baked bread twists.
First time the thin crust pizza was great but the second time the sauce was very tart to the point where I couldn't eat it. They had changed the sauce!.. won't be going back.
Very late service; placed order at 6pm and didn't get call until 1.5hrs later about delivery would be ANOTHER 1-2hrs late. Should provide free service in that instance or some compensation for delay. Ordered from papa johns with fast delivery.
