My family enjoyed our stay here. The room was very clean and completely sanitized. They send you text messages to see if you are satisfied with everything or if they can assist with other needs or services.

The room was clean. Fresh bedding and towels. The rest of the hotel is dated and needs some TLC. The highway noise is very noticeable in all the rooms. Good sized fitness room with plenty of equipment. Free cookie at checkin!
The location was great, the staff super friendly and the hotel honored all the social distancing practices. However, the hotel guests were not too interested in making sure social distancing happened. I stayed in my hotel room for the majority of my visit. I would suggest anyone traveling do the same.
I wish all hotels were blessed with representatives like Anthony. Anthony set the tone for our visit with his charming, personable, and professional attitude. We felt so welcome...even "special". We received true " Hilton Hospitality " from Anthony checking in and out. It really makes a difference when you deal with a professional. Cookies are back!! Rooms are clean and spacious. Excellent trip!!
Nice hotel, Marlow's has great food. I was not made aware of the fact that room cleaning service was not available for multi stays. I didn't have a problem with the room not being cleaned as I only stayed two nights, but I would have held back on the towel usage.
The hotel is fine, but the ladies at the front desk were not friendly at all. I stay at hotels a lot and everywhere I go, the front desk people are very friendly and nice. These ladies were not that way. They weren't rude. It just seemed like they didn't want to be there and didn't want anyone else there either.
It was ok. Customer service was not great. Rooms were clean but very short staffed. Did not bring clean towels and fresh linens when they cleaned the room. But the restaurant inside hotel Marlow Tavern was awesome. Food was amazing.
I was giving a room 223 by a loud generator that went off every 5min. Also the room is located next to the elevator and ice maker. So I heard different noise all night long. I would have made a complaint to the front desk that night. But I had spray the room down with lysol. So when I check out. I will address this to the front desk. So stay away from this room bad experience.
