No stars . What’s the point of making an appointment a week in adadvance for something as simple as a screen repair and having them tell you they can’t do it today . Never heard of that a day in my life nobody is leaving somewhere without their phone for a whole damn day when I made this appointment a week ago lol

Don't bother wasting your money on their their third party warranty. It doesn't matter what you buy, they will find every excuse in the world to not cover you. They will redirect you back to the manufacturer if something happens. If you you have a physical issue such as a cracked screen or broken USB port, they will claim that those damages are not covered since the overall unit is still working. Save your money on the first party warranty or from purchase company with a more reputable third party warranty. Geek squad is a scam and there really should be a class action lawsuit against them.

I have apple care and they tried to charge me for my apple product ... I PAID FOR THE WARRANTY! WHY WOULD I PAY FOR WARRANTY OR FOR ANYTHING THAT'S ALREADY COVERED! So I go to a different location and I wasn't charged because I had apple care! I honestly can say this location will never get a penny from me due to their poor customer service and lack of knowledge on EVERYTHING! THEY SHOULD HONESTLY CLOSE THIS RATCHET LOCATION DOWN!
Purchased security cameras and paid for Geek Squad installation, turned out to be a third party and they took the box that the cameras came in, month later, I realized I didn’t have he charger. I returned to Best Buy only to find out they could not even give me a contact number of the third party. Moral of the story, the GEEK SQUAD is not really the Geek Squad, make sure you keep the boxes or at least go through them yourself and definitely get warranty or try another store.
I am so over this company!!! I went to a geek squad store and was not helped at all...I was given a phone number and told to call customer service. After paying 215 on 05/15/2016 when I made the claim, I received a defective phone on 05/17/2016 (Today)! I was also told that I should not expect my refurbished phone to arrive until 05/19/2016!!! I'll be out of my phone for 4 to 5 days...when I was expecting to not have a phone for 2 days! For the amount of money I paid...being that I am normally able to obtain a new phone for a deductible of 50....I think my request should not be delayed!!! I'm so over geek squad!!! I can't wait until my contract is up with my phone provider so that I can select to obtain insurance coverage through my current phone service provider again!!!!!!
Horrible I turned in my laptop because it had a small virus that didn’t know how to fix, they broke it to the point were it just goes black. HORRIBLE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
