We placed order for pick up for 1:45-2:00pm (in advance) And it was ready for pick up at 12:40 according to the app. We verified through emailed receipt that our food is not supposed to be ready til 1:45. So we inconveniently had to go immediately to pick up our food. When we arrived our bags says in big letter “DELAY !!! 1:45 PICK UP” yet our food was made by 12:40. Our subs did not have everything we asked on it and my husband didn't have his cup ready with the order on the rack and had to wait an additional 15 mins in line with only two people ahead of him for his drink. First and last time coming to this location. Service is slow and incorrectly done.

My family and I have eaten here several times and it is consistently delicious. The customer service is great! Whitney is extremely friendly and makes a fantastic turkey sandwich! Highly recommended.

Sandwich was so bare. Unacceptable even if you are paying 3.50 it should be substantial. I could have went somewhere else and ate better.

Ya know... They really should invent a NO stars by now... This location consistently takes an hour or longer for delivery, when they are literally 5 minutes from my office and 7 minutes from my house. Working from home today, I talked myself into ordering at this location KNOWING it was a bad idea. They took an HOUR for 1 sandwich order, forgot my drink and didn't have in the bag what I requested. This will be my LAST order and this location. Consistently TERRIBLE service. My last office order was ALL WRONG last time as well... The reason for my hesitance in wanting to make the order initially... :(
