UPDATE: We received her school photo and class pictures back within a reasonable amount time with no issues. I would definitely buy from them again but it would be helpful if their website actually worked as indicated. Thank you. I was trying to order the school pictures online as directed by the flyer with the sample photos of my child from the web address provided but it is not working. My antivirus protection would not allow me to go to that site and the website address located on it and the Google link isn't working either. I will return the envelope to the school for processing and hopefully the pictures will come back and in good condition. If so, I will update my review to a 3 or 4 star review. And make a recommendation to update his information.

My daughter's school uses this photography company for school photos. I personally took the money to the school in the envelope they sent home because I didn't trust sending her back with it and it get lost. That was in Feb. It's may. I never got the photo until today(5.15) after calling the school and emailing her teacher and speaking to the photographer about the photos. Ms Rileu informed me the school did get the photos and my daughter just so happens to come home today with the photo. I'm pissed off because not only is it like a 5x8 photo but it's wrinkles on it and the material the photo is printed on is not up to par. Her teacher claims she gave her an \extra one she had put away\ . THAT WAS MINE TO BEGIN WITH I PAID FOR IT. just unorgnaized. The school got a bad review too!!! the miscommunication and after seeing the photo has pissed me off all over again. Last year I ordered a bundle package from LIFETOUCH online. Got me a tracking number had proof I purchased and it was only 32 dollars. (Check website if you think I'm lying) 15 dollars for that little rinkydink photo is unacceptable. Next year I'll go to Sears and take her school photos there.
