When I have a buyer who needs a recommendation for an inspector I always refer Todd. He has been taking care of my clients for years. Todd is thorough and focused on educating the buyer about the house. He goes over all findings at the end of the inspection and will take the time necessary to make sure the buyer (and agent) understand any issues found. His inspection reports are clear and have plenty of documentation from photos to detailed explanations. As an agent, I sometimes need additional clarification to represent my clients and Todd is always available to talk things through.
