After spending about 15 minutes with my 5 year old picking out shirts for him, with a cart full of options. We were approached harshly "excuse me we are closed". Taken back that someone just spoke to me without giving me any time to register she was speaking to me, I turned to her and she said again "we are closed, its 7:01 says we close at 7:00". Mind you I had not even replied at this point. So I asked for clarification "you are closed, so I can't check out my cart of items?". Her tone was incredibly irritated and snippy, "yup that's what it means, bye". My son just looked at me confused and terrified. He asked me why we were in trouble. That is exactly the ton she initiated with us. What a horrifying experience. We easily had 60 worth of 4 shirts in our cart. We love to thrift shop and buy a ton at a time. This was my first time here and last. I called her out on her rude behavior and she laughed and said she was just answering my questions. No customer service, no announcement about closing, nothing. Just a rude, annoyed toned woman. No thanks.
