Susan Neal, MSW, therapist is wonderful. She listened to me whereas my previous psychiatrist did NOT! He kept putting me on drug after drug. Trashed Dr. Hashmi and Susan has me 100% balanced out! Thank you Susan.

Call ahead of your appointment to check if Dr. Martin is running late or your wait time will be considerable. However, that can be a plus since you never feel like your session is rushed. She is calm and kind and seems to have genuine interest in my well being. I've never felt part of an assembly line, so to me she is worth the wait.

Dr. Martin do NOT respect her patients time! She was booking out 3 1/2 weeks and when I arrived at my appointment, 4 others was waiting. I had a 12:30pm and 1:00pm came around and she haven’t called on 1 other patient. The person that was with her prior to my arrival remain in her office. She over book and it happens on a regular. The person that recommended me warned me that she’s very slow but because of the location, I came anyways. The therapist Patsy is marvelous! She don’t even fit in with the rude and inconsiderate staff there! I have no plans to return to this practice! Everything in the office is outdated, these people just want to run your insurance. Unprofessional at its finest!

Marriage: Beyond the Veil 2021

I have been using Dr. Keisha Brown for several years and she is very patient, never seems hurried even if she has a room full. Dr. Brown works with us to find the right balance of medication and therapy. She is hard to get in contact with but it's not impossible. She has been a blessing.
