I was referred to them buy el Rio in October 2020. I got no call back after several attempts. Meanwhile I went to western endocrinologist, got an appointment with a specialist within a couple daysand also my prolea shot in early December They finally called back today, Feb 8 2021. When the front office sucks it doesn't matter how good the doctors are, does it?

False billing on my insurance for procreation counseling. I have my tubes tied which my insurance paid for 7 years ago so there was no need to bill this service that was not provided to me.I also have wasted 4-5 months of medication dose changes just to end up back where I started. The PA doesn’t listen and rushes through the appointment. I am newly diagnosed and have no information. My pcp gives me better care on my thyroid condition.

Front office staff is sorely lacking. The fact that they simply will not answer incoming calls floors me. We have to leave a message, which invariably goes unanswered. It has been since October that they left a message for me to return their call, which I have now done 3 times, and no one has returned my call. This is ridiculously poor business and patient management. This is on top of the front office staff gossiping and complaining about other staff members openly, and without any volume control on their voices, in front of everyone sitting in the waiting area. Super unprofessional. I appreciate the care I have gotten from my PA, doctor and MA’s, but the front/business office is in dire need of an overhaul!

I moved from another endocrinologist I had for \u003e10 yrs. OMG - I WISH I had moved so much sooner. The care level and expertise is lightyears beyond most. I'm on a closed loop system and my HBA1C is down 1.5 points within 9 months of seeing Ernie Fox

Probably the most incompetent front desk staff I’ve ever dealt with. They never answer the phone and when they finally do they immediately place you on-hold & then you get sent to a voicemail that they never respond to. I’ve been having a lot of complications with my thyroid disease, my doctor recommended this office, and I will definitely go back and tell them to never recommend again. I’d rather make the 3 hour drive to Phoenix to see an office that actually cares about helping people.
