What ever you do, DON'T let Ruven (or RJ) sell you anything unless you like paying more than retail. I couldn't help but to laugh in the guy's face and ask if he was serious! When he kept a straight face and bold-faced lied to me; I couldn't help myself. I ended up telling him to go eat a certain male appendage and walked out. Quality Bumper has lost a customer forever!

I order a hitch and parts two and half weeks ago. I was told by Alex to come in Sat at 9am. I did waited four hours just to find out the part wasn't there. Ok call Monday and Weds to see has the part come in, I was told by Alex it would be here this Monday. Since i was taking my quads to the East Coast, leaving Saturday that would not work. Now we had to scramble to find transportation. I have never experience such a unorganized company before. I know for a fact it doesn't take 3 weeks for parts to come from Texas. First and Last time dealing with them

The staff is incredibly helpful, and the prices are fair.

The installation of the tow hitch and wiring was very on point and quality work. But when you need to take your Jeep to the dealership and have it reprogrammed so that you can tow a vehicle it would be nice if you told a customer that.
