Recently went here to get an updated prescription for a new pair of glasses. I was very pleased as to how they were handling any COVID related restrictions and how politely they explained any paper work needed. Dr. Wu was a very personable doctor and covered all details thoroughly. Definitely coming back in the future.

Our family have been going to Tucson Family Vision Care since 2012. If anyone who reads this have a chance to say hi to Dr. Wu, please tell him a customer from Cypress, California wrote a review for his wonderful service. We will continue our yearly get-away visit to the beautiful city of Tucson and at the same time take our family of 5 for our yearly eye exam at Tucson Family Vision Care.
My actually appointment went very well with my eye doctor, she was very professional and very helpful. Most of the Techs however can bd unprofessional. I called to check to see if my trial pair contacts had came in and Brooklyn who answered the phone told me “We will call you whenever they come in” I never received a call. I had to call a 10 days later and was told they were ready for pick up. And then to confirm my prescription I had to call 3 different times and each time I was placed on hold between 8 to 20 minutes. And I never received a call to notify me that my prescription was ready for pick up, once again I had to call. If the support staff were more professional and followed thru this would Have been a 5 star visit.
This office is the best I’ve been to in Tucson. Dr. Wu is attentive and takes time time to explain things to me. Their prices are fair and the staff is so polite.
I took my family to see Dr. Wu for our annual eye appointments. He answered all my questions and was very attentive and thorough. I asked him questions and he was very patient and took the time to educate me about my eyes. He recommended contacts that were much better than the ones we were using before. This office is very advanced and you really feel like the eye exam was very high quality. The staff was nice and great with my kids.
