Called them to understand the cost of the individual tests as performed based on the water sample my well inspector brought to them, in order to make an informed decision about the tests I could economically get in the future to make sure my water is appropriate for nursery use. They refused to break them down because it was my well inspector who brought the sample to them, so I asked them how much it would be if I came in myself with sample. While they gave me the numbers, it now turns out Turner Labs went back to my well inspector, and told him I called Turner Labs to get the breakdown in order to see if the well inspector was \screwing me\. Lab testing is a business where privacy and confidentiality should be of the highest importance. Turner Labs not only disclosed my call to others without my consent, but then proceeded to lie about what I said, causing bad blood between myself and the well inspector. Stay away if you value honesty.

Really disappointed with the service and communication. the pricing is fine everything else has been like dealing with the public sector. They tell me there is a negative for one test a positive for another but no follow up or explanation. They truly could care less.
