Great online service. Prompt knowledgeable responses. We had an issues with Auspost delivery and within 30 mins of raising it with them they had logged with AP and their account manager. They were able to resolve it promptly and professional. You can get your car parts from anywhere, but you don't always get service like this. Support your local businesses.

Bought a catalytic converter for my Mazda rx 8. Burnt out in 6 months! They wanted me to send it back for assessment! How could I then drive the car? Took car to specialist exhaust mechanic they said the conveter was the wrong one for my car! You have been warned do not buy from these people!

AVOID!! My parts took over a month to arrive and when they did turn up they had sent the wrong parts.These guys don’t answer the phone and ignore emails, still awaiting my reply. Trust me these guys are not worth the hassle. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Order my item, waited 2 weeks before sending an email. No reply for a week, so i sent another. No reply still. Decided to call. Called on 5 different days with no response. What a waste of time.
