I had a lot of issues with scheduling and delays and even not showing up on my build date, but the shed is great, and in the end Tuffshed customer service made it right. I would buy from them again.

I love my new space saving shed! It easily fits all of my lawn and snow removal equipment and tools. I would've given 5 stars but the only downside was that it took 2 months for the shed to be delivered after ordering - that's too long. However the installation was very fast! The crew built my 8' X 8' shed in about 90 minutes, and was very clean and respectful of my property. The finished product looks great. I would definitely recommend Tuff Shed.

**Update** Assistant Manager was able to make it right. They called me and moved up my install date. I am very happy with the way that they handled my complaint and look forward to the finished product next month. If I could have left no stars I would have. Shed was purchased in September 2020. Was promised to be installed in October. Then changed the date to December. Then changed it again to February 2021!!! Not only do they NOT answer the phone, they do not return phone calls either. After 4 messages and no returned call, we are very disappointed in their level of professionalism. Needless to say, over 4000 later and still not shed or returned call.

My completely unacceptable install happened after dark 10 days ago. I have emailed and called for help rectifying the situation to no avail. It is apparent the installers were in a hurry, could not see what they were doing, and had substandard materials. Nails haphazardly pounded in on shutters, paint dripping on vents, door scratched up, trim not painted, rotten and broken wood visible on shelves and supports, but the kicker is the transom windows that were left uninstalled, boarded up. I paid a lot of money for this eyesore and Tuff Shed has not contacted me to fix anything.
