Jeremy first came to my house to service my laser printer. He spent an hour and a half on it (that in itself is impressive!), then asked to take it to the shop. When I picked it up, I was served by Kyle who explained the repair/adjustments, etc. Both Jeremy and Kyle are very enthusiastic about what they do and you can tell they really care about doing a good job. For the amount of work they had to do, the cost was quite reasonable. I'm a Tuff Techies customer from now on!

I left a message, They never called back. Update: today March 9, 2021 These guys are the best! We sorted out the message not answered. The communication with them is awesome. My appointment with Jeremy was great, he was on time and explained everything I needed to know understandably. I ordered a WiFi direct printer, they did the shopping, installation etc. So happy to now have a good technical support group. Thanks!
