One of the best crab cake sandwiches I've ever tried. The grilled shrimp seafood soft tacos were good, and the hush puppies were better than expected. Outdoor seating on the lake where dogs are welcome. The bar stool high tables had hooks which was nice.

Way over priced for the quality. Have wanted to go for the 7 years I've lived in the area. Finally went and can honestly say I wasn't missing much!
Nice Location in the Lake. Stopped there because it was recommended, otherwise its hard to find. Service was fast and really nice. Food was also very good. And the View with the Dock and the boats is also pretty cool. I will come back.

Very nice location on the lake. The food is fresh, great and seems to be made by hand and not reheated or microwaved. There's an added bonus of feeding the wildlife if you so desire.
I wanted to like this place so much more than I did. First of all Tim's Ford Lake is beautiful. If you go for the lake, views and atmosphere...you won't be disappointed. We waited for an hour for our food. When we did get our food, it was way below average. I think something went wrong with our order. I checked on our food 3 times and was told each time...your order is on its way, just to wait another 15 minutes to check again. There were a lot of customers that came well after me and were getting their food 30 minutes before me. We only ordered 5 meals, so it's not like we swamped the kitchen or anything. The food and drinks are overpriced, but hey...you are paying to enjoy the atmosphere as well. I would rate the atmosphere a 5*. If I had it to do over, I'd eat a bologna sandwich, save my money and have more drinks on the boat.
Beautiful setting on a floating platform. Lots of character that was very fitting to eat in an open air setting. Enjoy feeding large carpets in the water below as the scrambled to get their tasting morsel. Food was good, but not spectacular.
