They unfortunately did not get in all items that was in their sale ad. This is bad when it's a Sunday/ Monday only with NO rain checks. Jennifer went out of her way to be helpful and even called when she located an item I wanted. Store associates were friendly and nice.

Employees are helpful and courteous. I'd like to give them 3 stars because it seems alot of out door stuff doesnt get restocked fast enough but the employees got them the extra star. I wanna give them 2 just because they have no ammo . But I'm not cruel.

I had to track someone down for help in shoes. There were only 2 styles of women's hiking boots. Not one associate that I saw was wearing a mask. I gave 4 stars though because the store was very clean, orderly, and well laid out. And the price I paid for my boots was very fair.
Son's backpack broke. Looked all over but since it's not the beginning of the school year had a hard time finding one. Seemed everyone only carries girl backpacks. Dunham's had a huge selection. Found a perfect backpack and the cashier even helped me find a coupon to get twenty percent off.
