The staff and nurses are not to be trusted! They sit at the table all day gossiping about the residents and other staff members! I. Was unfairly fired because of a lie a staff member told about me, when I tried to take up for myself by writing on the employee fb page telling her that she lied because she didn't like me and it was unprofessional, and that was being a bad nurse then she showed it to the director and that was that! I did not threaten her or cuss at her in Amway on post . I did not even get a chance to speak with director or explain myself. I was banned from the building because she said \it was her building and she could do whatever she wanted\ it is not her building it is the corporations building!! I didn't even work for mp but was hired privately by a resident relative! The director was very unprofessional not to mention it is illegal to choose sides and not let other person explain their actions. She didn't care if her nurses sit around for an hour at a time gossiping about residents and other workers!! She is very hard to deal with, would not compromise, and got in my face yelling at me and threaten to call the police. I told her to go ahead. But she didn't because she knew that her actions were wrong and it would just be waste of time! Some of the residents even said she is difficult to talk to. Most of the staff are lazy and spend more time on phones taking breaks for an hour at a time when they are suppose to take 10 minutes. They should be investigated along with the director. The nurses and director are responsible for the residents there but they make socializing their first priority instead. This post should go directly to corporate and they should be investigated asap!
