Pharmacy staff are extremely rude and act inconvenienced when you have questions. I've never once had a positive experience at this location. I stopped going for years but just recently had an emergency and needed a few prescriptions filled. I was quickly reminded why I quit going. While I was asking questions about the medications, the Pharmacist yells out \It's apparently going to be a long night\ to the rest of the staff, which was extremely uncalled for. As someone who has worked in customer service for years, it amazes me that they get away with treating people this way. Do yourself a favor and drive out of town for your prescriptions, not only are they cheaper your also treated with respect.
prices are expensive. The staff at the Tully NY location are so rude. They stared at me as if I stole something. Never say hi. I've been going there for years and the manager never says hi. He won't even talk to me. Brian the owner and owner used to say hi to me. Now he looks at me as if I am crazy.
Worst store i have ever dealt with garranteed to screw your prescription up every time hope u don't need it when its time for your refill it won't be ready
Excellent pharmacy. I save time by avoiding the doctors office by getting my shots here. Just got a shingles shot and a flu shot in 10 minutes instead of having to drive to a doctor's office and wait forever. Pharmacist explained everything in detail and was very polite. They have a special private room to give you your shot and it is spotlessly clean. With my insurance both shots were completely free which was a surprise to me but I had them check it out in advance. They also have a decent selection of cold beer.
