I give Royal Fiberglass Pools a 5 star rating for the entire experience. This is a very professional, knowledge and friendly company to deal with, a true pleasure! I found Royal Fiberglass Pools on a google search this summer (2018). They were my third quote, because their price made sense we decided to go with them. I am about 176 miles away from Tully NY, due to the distance my interaction with Royal Fiberglass Pools was done by phone/e-mail throughout the entire process. Mary and Joelle were the two people we dealt with the most via e-mail. Every e-mail I sent was answered right way, the e-mails were very pleasant and always answered with a very friendly/professional tone. The day of the pool delivery/installation Sam notified me of the time they would be arriving at my house and then again halfway here. Installation took 2 days, Sam, Travis and Curtis installed the pool, it was impressive to watch them work and it felt like we had known them all for a long time. Thank you all for such a great experience! I highly recommend Royal Fiberglass Pools to anyone thinking to get a Fiberglass Pool, cannot wait for the summer to use mine!

They are great to work with. We didn't get our pool from them as we didn't know about them, we got our pool from Cannon, but if I had to do it again, I'd go with tarson. I get all our chemicals and other accessories from them.

They are an amazing company. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The pool guys who installed the pool became some of our good friends during that time. My brother was little at the time and they allowed him to dig right along side them. Highly recommend no liner pools as well.
